Nike Dart 9 - Running Shoe
The Nike Dart 9 was on of my first running shoes and one of my favorites because they were comfortable from day 1. They easily transitioned from my walking 1.5 miles a day to running 10 miles without any problems whatsoever. Additionally, they held up to the trails, hills, and turns as I consistently ran rain or shine. Overall, one of the best shoes for the price (approximately $50).
Nike Dart 10 - Running Shoe
After my success with the Dart 9, moving on to the Nike Dart 10 was a natural choice. And, the Dart 10 shoes did not disappoint. Realistically, the comfort was evident the first time I ran in these shoes and did not let up until I had completely worn them out. A conservative estimate would be 1,200 miles, however, I do not know what they are rated. For me, they were worth the money I had paid for them (approximately $50).
Adidas - Running Shoe
My success with medium priced shoes quickly faded with the purchase of the Adidas running shoes because they in no way compared to the Nike Dart 9 and Dart 10. While I could easily rate both of the previous shoe models at 10-13 miles plus per run, it just wasn't true with the Adidas. In fact, by the time I reached 3.5 to 4 miles, the bottoms of my feet were hurting and I had a painful finish. The Adidas running shoe is not worth the money (approximately $50).
