Purpose/Motivation

The purpose of this blog is to write about my weight loss and fitness successes in hope that they would be a motivation and inspiration to others.  Whether you are just starting on your fitness lifestyle journey or you are still in the decision phase, your success lies completely within in you.  As you read this blog and blogs like them, find something that you can grab onto for motivation and refuse to let go or give up.  You can do it!
